What's it like to work with me?
I am a qualified Yoga Therapist.
When I work with students either in a class setting or privately my aim is always to empower them with tools to aid overall health and wellbeing through gentle movement, enhanced breathing and stress reduction techniques. To create more space in the mind and body.
I work one to one with each student to build an individual, personalised Yoga practice to suit their mental and physical needs. It’s designed just for them and fits into their lifestyle.

Yoga Therapy is pain-free and used to treat both mental and physical conditions.
My Balance package (introductory offer) includes;
3 x sessions over a 12 week period ~ 3 x 60min for $280
This will give you a daily home practice designed just for you that will last 6months or more
Additional sessions (available to people who have completed balance package) are $100 per hour

The Yoga I teach is gentle and calming in nature. I teach from a place on non-judgement and encourage my students to adopt this too! My classes are designed to bring more flexibility & mobility to the physical body while helping to remove unwanted physical tension and relaxing the mind. I design them to help students create space, balance and de-stress.

All of my classes are designed to aid with stress reduction, to calm the body and mind and to get the body moving in a gentle way. I aim to help you bring your body and mind back into balance and you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated after class. I also run more specialised workshops through out the year!
This deeply nurturing treatment calms the Nervous System, reduces stress, soothes aches and pains, supports the immune system and enables the body to return to balance. It includes a gentle application of pure essential oils along energy meridians on the back and feet. You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. Click below to book
